4. (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars (\$80);
5. (c) Statement of dissolution: two hundred twenty dollars (\$220);
6. (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars (\$80);
7. (d) Statement of termination: two hundred twenty dollars (\$220);
8. (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars (\$80);
9. (e) Filing required for merger: two hundred twenty dollars (\$220);
10. (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars (\$80);
11. (f) Certificate of good standing or status certificates: fifty dollars (\$50);
12. (1) If by a nonprofit: forty dollars (\$40);

15. (h) Biennial report: three hundred dollars (\$300);
