The following fees shall be charged for filings by general cooperative associations:

1. (a) Articles of incorporation: eighty dollars (\$80);
2. (b) Amendments to articles of incorporation: eighty dollars (\$80);
3. (c) Statement of dissolution: eighty dollars (\$80);
4. (d) Filing of amended articles for acceptance of act: eighty dollars (\$80)
5. (e) Certificate of good standing or status certificates: forty dollars (\$40);
6. (f) Certified copy of filing: forty dollars (\$40);
7. (g) Biennial report: eighty dollars (\$80);
8. (1) Late fee: an additional fifty dollars (\$50);
9. (h) Reservation or transfer of name: forty dollars (\$40);
10. (i) Registration or renewal of name: one hundred fifty dollars (\$150);
11. (j) Change of registered agent by entity: forty dollars (\$40);
12. (k) Change of name or address by noncommercial registered agent: forty dollars (\$40);
13. (l) Foreign registration statement: eighty dollars (\$80);
14. (m) Amendment of foreign registration statement: eighty dollars (\$80);
15. (n) Withdrawal of registration of registered foreign entity: eighty dollars (\$80);
16. (o) Withdrawal on dissolution or conversion to non-filing entity other than limited liability partnership: eighty dollars (\$80);
17. (p) Transfer of registration: eighty dollars (\$80);
18. (q) Termination of registration reinstatement: eighty dollars (\$80);
19. (r) Reinstatement after administrative dissolution: eighty dollars (\$80);

(s) Statement of merger: eighty dollars ($80)

(t) Amendment or abandonment of statement of merger: eighty dollars ($80);

(u) Statement of interest exchange: eighty dollars ($80); and

(v) Amendment or abandonment of statement of interest exchange: eighty dollars ($80).
