If a Family’s voucher term or extension expires before the Family has submitted an approved RTA, the voucher shall be deemed to have expired and DCHA shall notify the Family in writing that the voucher term has expired and the Family may reapply for HCVP assistance in accordance with chapter 76 of this title of the DCMR.
