3517.1 No later than sixty (60) days after the conclusion of the land trust program or three years and sixty (60) days after the effective date of the Act, whichever occurs first, the Mayor's delegate shall submit to the Council a report on the land trust program. The report shall include recommendations for a permanent workforce housing program.
