1413.1 The miscellaneous fees shall be as follows:

(a)	For a revised Certificate occasioned by a change in name, not involving a change in ownership, due to court or other action, such as corporate or individual name changes, marriage, death or divorce	$7.00
(b)	For certified copy	$7.00
(c)	For duplicate copy	$1.00
