1405 RECORDS

1405.1 The Director or his or her designee shall be the custodian of Certificate of Occupancy records. The records shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. (a) Pending Certificate of Occupancy applications;
2. (b) Exemptions granted pursuant to section § 1404; and
3. (c) All approved applications for Certificates of Occupancy, issued Certificates of Occupancy and copies of all cancellation notices and related correspondence.
