1306.1 Each room used for sleeping purposes by not more than two (2) transients shall be a habitable room containing at least seventy square feet (70 ft.²) of habitable room area.

1306.2 Each room used for sleeping purposes by three (3) or more transients shall be a habitable room containing at least thirty square feet (30 ft.²) of habitable room area for each occupant of the room
