804.1 No structure, including accessory buildings, shall occupy a lot in excess of the percentage of lot occupancy set forth in the following table:

804.2 For the purposes of this section, 'residential uses' includes dwellings, flats, residential rowhouses, residential apartments, boarding houses, hospitals, and community-based institutional facilities.
