550.1 A front setback shall not be required for a building in the D-5-R zone except as otherwise required by the regulations Subtitle I § 612 for a designated primary street segment at the intersection of 5^th and K Streets, N.W. in the Mount Vernon Triangle Principal Intersection Area Sub-Area.
