406.1 The Mayor's Agent shall give notice of a public hearing not less than thirty (30) days before the hearing, as follows:

1. (a) By first class mail to the applicant, the owners of all property abutting the property involved in the application, and the affected Advisory Neighborhood Commission; or
2. (b) By first class mail to all persons listed on the public mailing list described in Chapter 32.

406.2 Notice of the public hearing shall state the following:

1. (a) The time, date, and location of the hearing;
2. (b) The name of the applicant;
3. (c) The case number and nature of the application;
4. (d) The street address of the property involved;
5. (e) The lot and square number of the property involved;
6. (f) The nature of the applicant's claim;
7. (g) The number of the affected ANC; and
8. (h) The filing requirements for participation as a party.
