3000.1 Public hearings by the Mayor's Agent shall be conducted according to the contested case procedures of the Administrative Procedure Act (D.C. Official Code § 2-509).

3000.2 The following terms specifically applicable to this chapter are defined in Chapter 99:

1. (a) Applicant;
2. (b) Party;
3. (c) Person;
4. (d) Affected person; and
5. (e) Affected Advisory Neighborhood Commission.
