5809.1 The Mayor shall make reasonable provisions to ensure repayment of any security deposit assistance provided to, or the payment of any obligations undertaken by, a Qualified High Technology Company pursuant to the Act or these regulations.

5809.2 The Mayor may accept as security for any security deposit assistance or obligation:

1. (a) Warrants;
2. (b) Options;
3. (c) Equity;
4. (d) Preferred shares;
5. (e) Convertible debt; or
6. (f) Any combination of the foregoing.
