5807.1 In the report required by section 303 of the Act, the Mayor shall describe any properties owned or leased by the District of Columbia government and the District of Columbia Public School System that shall be made available for lease or sublease to Qualified High Technology Companies.

5807.2 The report shall state, at a minimum:

1. (a) The address or location of the property, the amount of space available for lease or sublease;
2. (b) Whether the property is the subject of a Request for Proposals ("RFP"); and
3. (c) Contact information for the government official responsible for reviewing RFPs or otherwise negotiating a lease on the property.
