5599.1 When used in this chapter, the following terms and phrases shall have the meaning ascribed:

Advisory Board - the Business Incubator Advisory Board.

Council - the Council of the District of Columbia.

District - the District of Columbia.

HED - the Council Committee on Housing and Economic Development.

Incubator facility - a building selected by the District for the purposes of this chapter, that provides low-cost space and services to eligible tenant businesses.

Mayor - the Mayor of the District of Columbia.

OBED - the Office of Business and Economic Development.
