2815.1 In addition to the requirements of this chapter, the surveying procedures shall be in accordance with the Manual of Practices for Real Property Surveying in the District of Columbia, prepared by the Office of the Surveyor, which is incorporated in this chapter by reference and is on file in the Office of the Surveyor and at D.C. Public Libraries.
