2714.1 Triangular or other shaped areas of less than two hundred fifty square feet (250 ft. ²) entirely surrounded by streets, whether or not indicated as reservations or open spaces on the map of the Permanent System of Highways shall be included within the dedicated street lines of any proposed subdivision.
