2405.1 At the conclusion of the review process, the Director shall prepare a final report. Where appropriate, the final report shall contain recommendations for modifications to the construction or renovation proposal, or other project reviewed.

2404.2 The Director shall send a copy of the final report to the following:

1. (a) The affected departments and agencies;
2. (b) The permit applicant;
3. (c) The Chinatown Steering Committee; and
4. (d) The Advisory Neighborhood Commission 2C.
