Moving Payments to Individual and Families

2222.1 A person displaced from his residence may be eligible to receive either of the following optional moving payments:
- (a) Reimbursement for the actual and reasonable expenses of moving his or her person property, himself or herself, and his or her family; or
- (b) A two hundred dollar ($200) dislocation allowance, plus a fixed payment not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300) according to the schedule established July 12, 1971, by the Federal Highway Administration, as amended, which is applicable to the District.
