2208.1 Persons occupying any building or property owned by the District shall be subject to eviction for the following reasons:
- (a) Non-payment of rent;
- (b) Use of the premises for an illegal purpose or in violation of the rental agreement;
- (c) Refusal to accept standard accommodations;
- (d) Refusal to admit to the premises representatives of the Relocation Office or of any agency or department cooperating with that office; or
- (e) For the use of the premises in any manner that would constitute grounds for eviction under District laws.
