Order of Proceedings

2019.1 The order of procedure for presenting evidence at the hearing shall be as follows:

(a) Introductory statement of presiding officer;
(b) Presentation by Agency staff representative;
(c) Presentation of applicant redeveloper;
(d) Testimony of other parties;
(e) Rebuttal by applicant redeveloper;
(f) Rebuttal by other parties;
(g) Statements of persons not parties to the proceedings; and
(h) Rebuttal by parties of statements of persons who are not parties.
