2003.1 At all meetings of the Board of Directors, one-half (1/2) of the Board members in office shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of transacting business and conducting the affairs of the Agency.
2003.2 A smaller number of directors than is required for a quorum may adjourn from time to time until a quorum is obtained.
2003.3 In case of a serious illness of an incapacitating nature, or absence from the country for a protracted period of time of a member or members, then a quorum shall be one-half (1/2) of the Board members in office, not incapacitated, and in the country at that time.
