2001.1 Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held without notice at 10:00 a.m., on the first (1st) and third (3rd) Thursday of each month at the office of the Agency.

2001.2 If the day of a regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, that meeting shall be held on the next succeeding business day.
