D.C. Code § 8-181.01

Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the term:

  1. (1) "Commission" means the Commission on Climate Change and Resiliency established by § 8-181.02.
  2. (2) "Fund" means the Climate Change and Resiliency Fund established by § 8-181.05.
