The Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2, may issue rules to implement the provisions of this chapter.

Applicability of D.C. Law 24-313: § 301 of D.C. Law 24-313 provided that the creation of this section by § 104 of D.C. Law 24-313 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.

Applicability

Section 7093 of D.C. Law 25-50 repealed section 301 of D.C. Law 24-313 removing the applicability provision impacting this section. Therefore the creation of this section by section 104 of Law 24-313 has been implemented.
