1. (a) Beginning on October 1, 2025, the Department of Health shall establish and administer a licensure pathways program ("program") for the purpose of assisting internationally trained health professionals in obtaining the licensure and credentials necessary to practice in the District.

2. (b) The program shall provide:

   1. (1) Guidance on the licensure application process;
   2. (2) Information on examinations, educational requirements, and training requirements;
   3. (3) Assistance with accessing resources for language support and exam preparation; and
   4. (4) Any other services the Department of Health deems necessary.
