Applicability

Applicability of D.C. Law 22-108: § 6 of D.C. Law 22-108 provided that the creation of this section by § 5 of D.C. Law 22-108 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.

Applicability of D.C. Law 22-108: § 7146 of D.C. Law 23-16 provided that starting in Fiscal Year 2021 this section shall be subject to appropriations. Therefore the creation of this section by D.C. Law 22-108 has been implemented.
