Applicability

Applicability of D.C. Law 23-182: § 6 of D.C. Law 23-182 provided that the creation of this section by § 3(b) of D.C. Law 23-182 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.

Section 7003 of D.C. Law 25-50 repealed §§ 3 and 6 of D.C. Law 23-182 including the applicability provisions impacting this section. Therefore the amendment made to this section be D.C. Law 23-182 has been implemented.
