Medical Cannabis Advisory Committee.

  1. (a) The Mayor shall establish a Medical Cannabis Advisory Committee (“Committee”), which shall monitor:

    1. (1) Best practices in other states that allow the use of medical cannabis;
    2. (2) Scientific research on the medical use of cannabis; and
    3. (3) The Program's effectiveness.
  2. (b) Repealed.
