Chapter 11A Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact.

The Mayor is authorized to execute, on behalf of the District of Columbia, a Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) in the form substantially as follows:

Applicability of D.C. Law 23-190: § 3 of D.C. Law 23-190 provided that the creation of this section by § 2 of D.C. Law 23-190 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.

Applicability

Applicability of D.C. Law 23-190: § 3 of D.C. Law 23-190 provided that the creation of this section by § 2 of D.C. Law 23-190 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.

Section 7194 of D.C. Act 24-159 repealed section 3 of D.C. Law 23-190 removing the applicability provision impacting this section. Therefore the amendment of this section by Law 23-190 has been implemented.
