Tax abatements for housing in downtown – Rules.

Effective Sep 21, 2022Sept. 21, 2022, D.C. Law 24-167, § 7082(b)

The Mayor shall, pursuant to Subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2, issue rules to implement §§ 47-860.01 through 47-860.03.".
