Applicability

Applicability of D.C. Law 22-260: According to the Council’s Budget Office, D.C. Law 22-260 shall apply upon the date of inclusion of its fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. The fiscal effect of D.C. Law 22-260 has not been included in an approved budget and financial plan, therefore the creation of this section by Law 22-260 has not been implemented.
