Applicability

Applicability of D.C. Law 24-341: § 301 of D.C. Law 24-341 provided that the creation of this section by § 201 of D.C. Law 24-341 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.

Applicability of D.C. Law 25-175: § 45 of D.C. Law 25-175 provided that the amendment of this section by § 9 of D.C. Law 25-175 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
