Locally funded supplemental benefits.

  1. (a) Beginning on or after January 1, 2015, but beginning no later than October 1, 2015, a household participating in SNAP whose federally funded benefit is less than $30 per month shall receive locally funded benefits to bring the household's total benefit to $30 per month.
  2. (b) Repealed.

Applicability

Applicability of D.C. Law 24-301: § 3 of D.C. Law 24-301 provided that the amendment of subsection (b) of this section by § 2(d) of D.C. Law 24-301 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
