Applicability

Section 7066(b) of D.C. Law 23-149 amended section 4 of D.C. Law 22-196 and provided that the creation of this section by § 4 of D.C. Law 22-210 is subject to the inclusion of the law's fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore, the creation of this section by section 2 of Law 22-210 has not been implemented.
