The Mayor may issue grants, pursuant to part B of subchapter XII-A of Chapter 3 of Title 1, to assist applicants in obtaining a sidewalk vending license, mobile vending license, or other required authorization, purchasing vending-related equipment and supplies, including carts and trucks, and successfully operating as mobile or sidewalk vendor.
