Game of skill machine use by minors prohibited.

  1. (a) A licensee shall not permit a person under the age of 18 to use or play a game of skill machine.
  2. (b) The Office may suspend or revoke a license and issue a fine, in accordance with § 36-641.15, against a licensee that knowingly allows a person under the age of 18 to use or play a game of skill machine.
