Except as provided in §§ 30-201.05 and 30-201.06(f)(5), the Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2, may issue rules to implement the provisions of this subchapter.

Applicability of D.C. Law 22-307: § 301 of D.C. Law 22-307 provided that the creation of this section by § 111 of D.C. Law 22-307 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.

Applicability
