1. (a) There is established as a special fund the Combat Sports Commission Fund ("Fund"), to be administered by the Commission in accordance with subsection (c) of this section.

2. (b) There shall be deposited into the Fund:

   1. (1) All receipts collected by the Commission pursuant to § 3-607(b), (c), and (d); and
   2. (2) Any fines collected pursuant to § 3-608(c) or (d).
3. (c) Money in the Fund shall be used to carry out the powers of the Commission set forth in § 3-606.
4. (d) Any money remaining available in the Fund at the end of a fiscal year, as determined by the Chief Financial Officer in the fiscal year-end close, shall be transferred to the unassigned fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia as part of the fiscal year-end close.

Applicability

Applicability of D.C. Law 22-228: § 3 of D.C. Law 22-228 provided that the creation of this section by § 2(h) of D.C. Law 22-228 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.

Section 7067 of D.C. Law 23-149 repealed section 3 of D.C. Law 22-228 that provided that the amendment of this section by D.C. Law 22-210 is subject to the inclusion of the law' fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has been implemented.
