The D.C. Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium Campus Revitalization Act (Pub. L. 118-274; 138 Stat. 3234; sec. 2(l)(2)) provided that the lease dated January 14, 1988, between the United States and the District for the use of the Campus, as authorized by D.C. Official Code § 3-326(b)(1)(B), is terminated.
