Applicability.

Effective Sep 11, 2019Mar. 13, 2019, D.C. Law 22-235, § 301(a)(1); Sept. 11, 2019, D.C. Law 23-16, § 3022(b)

Subchapter I of this chapter shall not apply to any transfer agreement entered into before March 13, 2019.
