D.C. Code § 19-2116

Office of trust director.

Effective Mar 21, 2025Mar. 21, 2025, D.C. Law 25-298, § 2(c)

(a) Unless the terms of a trust provide otherwise, the rules applicable to a trustee apply to a trust director regarding the following matters:
1. (1) Acceptance under § 19-1307.01;
2. (2) Giving of bond to secure performance under § 19-1307.02;
3. (3) Reasonable compensation under § 19-1307.08;
4. (4) Resignation under § 19-1307.05;
5. (5) Removal under § 19-1307.06; and
6. (6) Vacancy and appointment of successor under § 19-1307.04.
