D.C. Code § 16-5620 – Clarification of confirmed award.

(a) If the meaning or effect of an award confirmed under § 16-5616 is in dispute, the parties may:
1. (1) Agree to arbitrate the dispute before the original arbitrator or another arbitrator; or
2. (2) Proceed in the Superior Court under law of the District other than this chapter governing clarification of a judgment in a family law proceeding.
