1. (a) Beginning no later than October 1, 2024, and each year thereafter, the Department shall publish the results of the annual checklist, including all school-level responses and a summary data table, sent to all DCPS school principals to assess the Department's summer readiness efforts and to plan for future maintenance needs.

2. (b) The checklist shall include:

   1. (1) The name of the DCPS facility;
   2. (2) The date on which the checklist is being completed; and
   3. (3) An opportunity to provide feedback on the operational readiness of the DCPS facility, including its HVAC system, plumbing, electrical, environment, and compliance with federal and District disability rights laws.
3. (c) For purposes of this section, the term "DCPS" means the District of Columbia Public Schools.
