D.C. Code § 10-551.01a – Definitions.

(a) For the purposes of this chapter, the term:
1. (1) "Department" means the Department of General Services.
2. (2) "LEED-CS" and "LEED-NC" shall have the same meanings as provided in § 6-1451.01(28) and (30)).
3. (3) "Net zero energy compliance" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 6-1451.02(a)(7)).

Applicability

Applicability of D.C. Law 24-306: § 4 of D.C. Law 24-306 provided that the creation of this section by § 3(c) of D.C. Law 24-306 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.

Section 7091 of D.C. Law 25-50 repealed section 4 of D.C. Law 24-306 removing the applicability provision impacting this section. Therefore the creation of this section by section 3(c) of Law 24-306 has been implemented.
