1. (a) For the purposes of this subchapter, the term:

   1. (1) "Agency" includes the Council.
   2. (2) "Marijuana" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 48-901.02(3)(A).
   3. (2A) Not Funded.
   4. (3) "Undue hardship" shall have the same meaning as provided in section 101(10) of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, approved July 26, 1990 (104 Stat. 330; 42 U.S.C. § 12111(10)).

Applicability

Applicability of D.C. Law 24-190: § 401(a)(2) of D.C. Law 24-190 provided that the change made to this section by § 301(e) of D.C. Law 24-190 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
