Effect of Amendments

The 2015 amendment by D.C. Law 21-36 rewrote (g)(2).

Applicability

Section 3 of D.C. Law 24-212 provided that the amendments made to this section by D.C. Law 24-212 shall apply as of January 1, 2023.
