Each entity to which subtitle 8-37ee of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies applies shall provide, on a form and in the manner prescribed by the housing agency, information stating that its affirmative fair housing marketing plan complies with the requirements set forth in Parts 1 to 3, inclusive, of subtitle 8-37ee of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. The entity shall make the affirmative fair housing marketing plan, once approved by the housing agency, available for public inspection at the sales or rental office of the entity or the office where the specific housing opportunity is administered.
