1. (a) Except as provided by paragraph (b) of this section, payment of a displaced person's moving and related expenses may not be made for more than one move in connection with a particular project.
2. (b) If the appropriate state agency official considers it to be in the public interest he may authorize payment of a displaced person's moving and related expenses for additional moves.
