1. (a) If a displaced homeowner elects to retain and move his dwelling, the amount payable under 8-273-26 (a) is the difference between the acquisition price of the acquired dwelling and the sum of — (1) The moving and restoration expenses;

   1. (2) The cost of correcting decent, safe, and sanitary deficiencies, if any; and(3) The estimated selling price of a comparable relocation site.
2. (b) The amount computed in accordance with paragraph (a) of this section is subject to the limitations prescribed in 8-273-5.
