Conn. Agencies Regs. § 7-323l-16a – Fire inspector I

(a) General
1. (1) A candidate for fire inspector I certification shall be trained to the hazardous materials awareness level personnel.
2. (2) No person shall be certified to the level of fire inspector I until all examination requirements of this standard for that level have been fulfilled.
(b) Objectives: The candidate for certification to the level of fire inspector I shall comply with the performance objectives of NFPA 1031, Standard for Professional Qualifications for Fire Inspector and Plan Examiner.
(c) The commission shall certify to the level of fire inspector I those candidates who have satisfactorily demonstrated the ability to meet the requirements as prescribed in this section.
